On April 27th 2017, St. Cloud Financial Credit Union employees brought their children with them into work. Organized by Rebekah Kersting and Kjersten Fisher, the kids were able to witness what we do here every day. Dressed in St. Cloud Federal logo gear and employee name tags, the kids toured the branches, listened to speakers on the importance of investing. As well as a chat from our own, Sarah Mason, on how passion in your career matters! The children’s favorite part was taking a photo with a hundred dollar bill! The kids also got to join in on our meaningful difference project! They made posters and flyers to advertise our upcoming charity drive. After a full day and lots of goodies, the kids were each given ten dollars to go out and make a meaningful difference of their own! Some chose to give it all away, others spent it on a gift such as flowers and candy passing that out instead. A few use it to buy another person’s meal at a restaurant. It was great watching the kids really interact with the message our company strives to portray every day!
Here at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union we want to be connect with our families, communities and the world. By supporting our children we support our future!
